Q: What is e-commerce... ?
A: E-commerce is a term used for purchasing over the net, such as food, electrical and software goods. It seems as though people in the future (not too far away to be realistic) will only need a personal computer & a modem in order to buy goods and have them delivered to your home.

Q: How do I Upload files?
A: There are few ways to upload files. Most programs have a facility that you can use to upload files, usually most people would tend to use a program called FTP (file transfer protocol). This is a very useful program that enables you to log into your account and then to access the files on your hard drive you wish to download. ( you just need to have the ftp program installed on your computer).
